Thank you to each member of this amazing team – Bokkie, Lindy and Adriaan from Oyster Kaya, Henni De Beer, Sarah and her amazing team at Dune Ridge Country House, Mostertshoek se mense, Anita, Shaun and the great team of support at the Cape St Francis Resort, Clive and Sam from Chokka Block for an outstanding calamari tasting and talk on the squid industry,  Sandy and Brian of Brisan, as well as Nikki at Bruces Cafe, Lance and Lincky at St Francis Breweries and Craig at Rambling Rose.
